The versatile nature of this machine allows differential trimming or buffing to be carried out either sides of the leather. The process of buffing is similar to that of polishing. It can also be called as polishing. It gives a different finish to the piece of leather. This buffing machine enables the piece of leather to get the real glow which can give the value to the leather as a natural resource in the leather industry.
The leathers are stretched and flattened in the setting machine and dried. After drying the leather is subjected to mechanical operations to make it soft, flat and tight. Either side of the leather can be modified by a emery paper on a buffing machine.
These machines provide the extra shine to the leather. Polishers and buffing machines are used to impart a fines finish on the surface area of the leather.
